Wright's Diamond Drilling is owned by husband and wife team, Mick and Deb Wright.
Mick has around 30 years' experience in providing diamond drilling, cutting, sawing and chasing services to the construction industry, and employs only experienced diamond drillers and operatives to work on his team.
Deb Wright heads up the administration and financial side of the business and ensures compliance with current legislative requirements, arranges training and even goes on site to do labouring!
Wright's Diamond Drilling is based in Rushden, Northamptonshire, but provides a nationwide service.

We work with a variety of construction companies on both commercial and domestic projects, providing quality diamond drilling, hand and floor sawing and chasing services. We are adaptable, reliable, professional. We have good relationships with all our clients which enables us to provide the best possible results for the end user.
All operatives have valid CSCS cards, and take part in mandatory training as required in order to comply with all current Health & Safety requirements. Toolbox talks are held regularly with employees to ensure ongoing awareness of Health & Safety throughout the year. All electrical equipment is PAT tested every three months. All diamond drilling, hand & floor sawing and chasing machinery/cables etc are standard 110v. Operatives are supplied with appropriate PPE for the job at hand. All equipment used on site does not exceed 85db and operatives are provided with suitable ear protection whilst the operations are being carried out. Full method statements and risk assessments are carried out for each piece of work we embark upon.
We are covered for up to £5,000,000 on Public Liability and and up to £10,000,000 on Employers Liability.
Wright's Diamond Drilling is a CHAS Premium Plus accredited contractor. Our current certificate is valid until 27 July 2022
We are proud members of the Drilling & Sawing Association which helps us keep up to date with all new processes and equipment and keeps a tight rein on its members to ensure they are providing a quality service.

Michael has completed and passed an assessment of Workplace First Aid training valid until 18 July 2022

All employees are required to complete Asbestos Awareness Training on an annual basis.
